By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:

To improve customer benefits, we will update and adjust the Refund and Return policy according to the ratio for some specific cases as follows:

Case 1. Defective product:

– Torn, printing error, wrong color, wrong product sent: 100% refund or resend new product (depending on customer’s intention).

Case 2. Order lost during shipping

– 100% refund or resend new product (depending on customer’s intention).

Case 3. Customers are not satisfied with the quality (Product images and quality are clearly publicized):

We will carefully review each case and support 40 – 55% Refund and customers do not need to send the product back.

Case 4. Customer is not satisfied with fast shipping:

– If the delivery deadline announced in the delivery policy page is exceeded: We refund the fast shipping fee to the customer (note: if the customer orders on Saturday and Sunday, the fast shipping delivery time may vary). May be 1-2 days later)

Case 5. In case the customer wants to return the goods:

– Customers please contact us. We will provide an address for customers to return products. After receiving the returned goods to the warehouse, we will refund 100% to the customer (We do not bear any costs for this refund).

Case 6. Customer provides missing or wrong address leading to unsuccessful delivery:

– We will support the delivery of the product to the customer again

In addition to the cases mentioned above, the remaining cases will be supported according to the following policy:

Returns

We accept the return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date. No returns made after 15 days from the delivery date will be accepted.

Important Notice:

  1. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
  2. Please make sure you don’t include Roomloving items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  3. If your items are eligible to return, ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached, and hygiene sticker intact.
  4. Most frequently asked about items that cannot be returned or exchanged include personalized products, bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, toiletries, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, and accessories.

Please note, if an item does not appear on the list above, this doesn’t mean your item is eligible to return. For further inquiries about the product return, contact our Customer Service Agent.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
