Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 days of receiving the product for full refund or exchange. If 15 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.

If because of a product problem (printing error, wrong delivery, poor quality merchandise) you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a 15 day return policy from date you receive your order. Please note that the following rules must apply to the product(s) you wish to return:
Give us your proof of purchase
  • Item must be in original condition (including packaging)
  • Using a Gift card is not eligible for refunds or exchanges
  • Please note that all required images must be submitted. Otherwise, we cannot offer return/replacement items.
You can provide us required pictures as follows:
  • Image of the shipping label
  • Product SKU image
  • Pictures of the product and the error you discovered (wrong material, different style, different size)

About the return fee:

  • If because of a product problem (printing error, wrong delivery, poor quality merchandise): Buyer will not have to pay the return fee. Roomloving will be responsible for this fee.
  •  If you have problems unrelated to the product (you change your mind and don’t want to buy, you don’t like the design of the product, …)” : Buyer will have to pay the return fee.
