Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 5 – 7 business days.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.

It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if the initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.


Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

You will receive your order from 8 – 10 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out

Total time you receive your order = Processing Time + Shipping Time = 13 – 17 days

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day; and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
  • Large or Bulky Items
  • Shipping Provider Error


Order cutoff time: 10:00 PM – (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.


  • Standard shipping: $6.99.
  • Fast Shipping (upon order): 7-10 business days after processing time
  • We have Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.

At the moment, all  Shop’s products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we’ve been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs take, which can vary from country to country. 


If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days (has proofs for clarifying), you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.


Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 15 days from the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Refund Policy).
